On the practice of barristers’ representation by regional legislative authorities in qualification commissions of regional chambers of barristers
Abstract
The article deals with the practice of barristers’ representation by regional legislative authorities in qualification commissions of regional chambers of barristers. The author prove that such practice is unacceptable from the point of view of constitutional and legal status of the Bar, freedom of its activity as a public association and observing the balance of interests of this association and those of the state.
