Peculiarities of termination of employment contract with employees without indicating the reasons for dismissal
Abstract
The article provides a detailed analysis of the issue regarding the termination of employment contract with the head of the organization initiated by the property owner, as well as with the head of the organization, his/her deputies, and senior accountant due to the change of ownership of the organization’s property.
