Concept, peculiarities and types of the contracts for construction and modernization of power engineering objects in electrical power industry
Abstract
In the present article the author carries out legal analysis of the concept and peculiarities of some varieties of contracts for construction and modernization of power engineering objects, pays attention to specific character of the subject of such contracts and peculiarities of legal regulation of relations of the parties to such contracts.
