Abstract

In the present article the author carries out a legal analysis of issues arising in securing of execution of contracts for construction and modernization of power objects by bank guarantees, pays attention to the specific character of dispute resolution of the given category judicially as well as to the customs of business intercourse concerning bank guarantees.
