Resort to Systematic Approach When Reforming Russian Legislation on Economic Societies

Abstract

Reforming legislation on economic societies can be carried out in different directions. The first way is to improve the RF Civil Code, the second one is to pass a special law on economic societies on the bases of the RF CC. Legislation on economic societies is regarded as a system to which the principles of systems approach are applied.
