The limits of rule-making of the Russian Constitutional Court
Abstract
The article discusses the problems of interrelation between protective and transformative principles in the activity of the Russian Constitutional Court. It reveals characteristics and limits of rule-making of the Constitutional Court, touches upon the issue of content of the principle of the Court’s self-restraint and its application in Russia, as well as the issue of the content and conditions of the method of constitutional interpretation of laws.
