In the context of the Internet and digitalization, the development and maturity of various emerging technologies have opened up new business directions and transformation paths for the traditional professional services industry. The continuous deepening of economic and trade cooperation among the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states has put forward higher requirements for the depth and breadth of legal services, and also called for the digital transformation of international legal services. The construction of a digital, intelligent, multilateral, diversified and innovative SCO legal service platform will provide more convenient legal services for international commercial entities, continue to empower the legal service industry of other countries, and further promote the process of legalization of international relations. Based on the current situation of the development of international legal services under the framework of the SCO, this paper will try to clarify the multiple positioning of the construction of a digital international legal service platform through the comparison of typical cases of digitally empowered legal services, analyze the main challenges and risks encountered in the process of platform construction in combination with the actual situation, and propose a scientific path to promote the construction and improvement of the platform. Finally, it provides a new method option for efficiently solving the legal problems encountered between member countries, and also provides a credible platform for a full range of legal services for the economic and trade exchanges and project implementation of member countries.
