Sources of Legal Regulation of Construction and Modernization of Power Objects in Power Industry

Abstract

In this article the author analyses the sources of legal regulation of construction and modernization of power objects in power industry the heightened interest to which is caused by the activization of construction and the extensive program of construction and extended modernization of basic production assets in accordance with the Power Strategy of Russia for the period up till 2030 approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. The article deals with different sources of law taking into account specific character of the regulated relations, existing normative and legal base and business turnover customs.
