Legal Bases of Antimonopoly Control in the Course of Organization and Holding Tenders
Abstract
The present article considers competitiveness as the basis of organization and holding tenders. The validity of tenders is directly connected with the necessity to observe the requirements prescribed not only by civil but also by antimonopoly law.
