Theoretical problems of criminalization of the violations of labour protection rules in the criminal law of Russia
Abstract
The work considers theoretical problems of criminalization of crimes against labour rights. Much attention is paid to the analysis of general causes of criminalization of violations of labour protection rules. The problem of criminal violations of labour protection rules is considered at the junction of criminal and employment law theories. As a result the author offers complete and logical conception of the causes of criminalization of the crime.
