Abstract

The present article deals with general problems of abuse of a right by shareholders. The author examines classification of rights of shareholders which exists in the current literature as well as the differences in abuse of a right by majority and minority shareholders. The article analyzes the place of the institution of abuse of a right in corporate legal relations and application of art. 10 RF CC in arbitration practice.
