Self-Regulation as a Means of Management at the Electroenergetics Market in the Russian Federation
Abstract
In electroenergetics a self-regulated organization – Market Council – has significant importance. The analysis of the basic functions carried out by the Market Council has shown its substantial distinction from other self-regulated organizations.
