Abstract

The article deals with the restrictions for foreign investors in the sphere of subsoil assets use in relation to economic societies that have strategic importance for safeguarding of defense and security of state. It also pays attention to legal regulation and practice of enforcement in the Russian Federation and in foreign countries. The authors analyze the strong sides and disadvantages of the law to form the predictable and favorable climate for entrepreneurial activity of foreign investors.
