Abstract

In the present article the author analyses changes in legislative acts and by-laws pertinent to state regulation of construction and modernization of power supply objects at the stage of realization of Energy strategy in Russia for the period till 2030, provides legal analysis of state bodies authorities relating to adoption of the appropriate normative acts, and authorities concerning the control and supervision.
