Objects of Architectural Copyright
Abstract
The article examines the history of inclusion of architectural works in the form of buildings and constructions in the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works as objects protected by copyright. The author draws the conclusion about imperfection of legal techniques of Russian legislation in the sphere of copyright in the field of architecture.
