The Conception of Legal Status of the Subjects of Budgetary Structure
Abstract
The article is devoted to the special characteristic feature of legal status of the state and civic associations – budgetary competence (budgetary rights and duties). The author considers budgetary competence as a special element of budgetary structure of the modern Russian Federation. The article analyses the nature of legal regulation of the budgetary structure, formulates the conclusions concerning the connection of federative state structure and budgetary structure, state sovereignty and budgetary structure. The issues considered in the article are one of the topical problems of modern financial legal (budgetary legal) science.
