Standards and rules of self-regulated organizations in power building: legal nature, peculiarities, confirmation procedure

Abstract

In the present article the author carries out the analysis of legal nature of standards and rules of self-regulated organizations in power building, and points out peculiarities of current standards and rules. The author pays special attention to legal questions that arise in the process of confirmation of the given documents.
