Topical issues concerning the improvement of legislation in the sphere of personal safety of tourists

Abstract

The present article considers issues how to increase efficiency of legal ensuring of personal safety of tourists, to protect their rights and lawful interests. On the basis of the topical law enforcement practice some offers concerning the improvement of the RF laws on tourist activity in the questions of the procedure of forming and keeping a uniform federal register of tour operators, regulation of e-commerce in the sphere of tourism (“e-tourist voucher”), establishment of peculiarities of contractual relations between tour operators and tour agents, development of insurance in the sphere of tourism, formation of legal foundations for self-regulation in tourism, increase of legal responsibility of tour operators, perfection of the norms of the RF Civil Code, and other things are given.
