International-law Regulation Concerning Rendering Medical Help to People Whose Freedom Is Restricted
Abstract
The article presents a comparative analysis of regulations of special international documents re-delivery of health care to persons whose freedom is limited. On the international-law level the minimum size of services which every person whose freedom is limited has to receive. And states have to specify the procedure and conditions of health care delivery to such persons in their national legislation.
