The Right of Antimonopoly Bodies to Information in the Course of Exercising Control Over the Observance of Antimonopoly Legislation
Abstract
Control actions over the compliance with anti-monopoly legislation presupposes the necessity of receipt of documents and information by the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service of Russia (hereinafter FAS) and its territorial bodies. But only lawful FAS demands subject to resulting from judicial practice involve duties to provide documents and information.
