Abstract

The article examines recent tendencies in the development of the Russian legal system pertinent to the status of state corporations (companies) and other legal entities of public law. It also gives grounds for the necessity of legal consolidation of the institution of public legal entities in Russia in the context of the realized measures concerning the improvement of civil legislation.
