Topicality of Property Nationalization

Abstract

Nationalization of property of entrepreneurs has not only an economic and legal but also a political constituent. Not a single draft law on nationalization does answer the tasks of the modernization of economy. The author offers a new conception of nationalization of property of entrepreneurs.
