Problems of Competitive Selection of Carriers when Organizing Transportation Services of Population with Motor Transport

Abstract

According to the doctrine of law there is difference between contracts for organizing carriage and contracts of carriage. The necessity to organize transportation service of the population engenders the need to conclude a contract not provided for by the RF CC, which often causes the doubt of law enforcers.
