Review of the panel discussion in the Department of State and Administrative Law of Law Faculty of St. Petersburg State University: «Judicial (“live”) constitutionalism: doctrine and practice» (St. Petersburg, March 5, 2011)
Abstract
The reason to hold this panel discussion and the focus of participants was the monograph: «Judicial Constitutionalism in Russia in the light of constitutional justice» by professor N. S. Bondar’. This panel discussion is a good example of external public review of scientific works. The monograph covers the issues of the rule of law, relations of the natural law, a statute, the Constitution, Constitution’s reformation, the correlation between constitutionality and expediency in the activity of the Constitutional Court, case law and other issues.
