Civil process – a systematic investigation
Abstract
The article approaches civil process as a system, an interconnecting and complex network characterized by its own integral features that are not the sum up of its constituent elements. The article reveals its target, its constituent elements, interrelations between them, its emergence and complexity as well as the features of civil process approached as a system. The research draws the conclusion that civil process correspond to the core features that can distinguish it as a system.
