The present legal status of alluvial terrace
Abstract
The main concern of the article is to consider the uncertain legal status of alluvial terrace allocated for development sites. To make the situation clear it determines the legal status of alluvial terrace, artificial islands and artificial land plot. Hence alluvial terrace can be defined as both natural and man-made feature that has been constructed by people for certain purposes. The process of constructing the alluvial terrace can be regarded as integrated environmental management.
