Cultural approach in Russian science: N. Yа. Danilevsky

Abstract

The article primarily focuses on the methodology of jurisprudence. The essential argument of the article rests on introducing the cultural approach as a universal approach in jurisprudence that comprises influence of cultural factors on historical events and mainly based on the concept of cultural-historical type developed by N.Y. Denilevsky.
