Evolution of legislation related to the criminal liability for violation of labour protection rules
Abstract
The article examines the main stages in development of criminal legislation related to crimes against the safety of working conditions from the Russian Empire till present. Much attention is paid to the analysis of the Soviet criminal legislation and to the main problems connected with the application of the criminal law on violation of labour protection rules. The author makes a conclusion that there is a need to reform applicable Russian criminal legislation related to crimes against the constitutional right to work in safe environment.
