Legal regulation of the activity of non-profit organizations which include economic agents of commodity markets
Abstract
The article reveals the notion of the legal regime for the activity of the non-profit organizations in commercial relations. It also examines the forms and conditions under which nonprofit organizations can be involved in development and implementation of the state trade policy. The article analyses the peculiarities of agreements concluded by non-profit organizations established by trade economic agents to pursue their interests.
