Abstract

The article deals with the issue of criminal liability for plagiarism. The author analyses the problems which arise when the notion of “considerable damage” is applied in relation to the crimes connected with copyright violation. As the amount of considerable damage is not specified, the author proposes criteria for its evaluation.
