Abstract

This article analyses main aspects of apportionment of land plots on account of land shares connected with the changes in current land legislation. The author examines the procedure of land plots apportionment on account of land shares in common ownership from agricultural lands as well as the problem of unclaimed land shares, reasons for their existence, procedure of apportionment and declaration of title to land plots apportioned on account of unclaimed land shares.
