Concept of construction and modernization of energy facilities: legal gaps and methods to fill them
Abstract
The author analyses the concept of construction and modernization of energy facilities, reveals peculiarities and legal problems in regulation of this activity and proposes available alternatives to improve current legislation taking into account the purposes of Energy Strategy of Russia for the period up to 2030.
