Peculiarities of grounds for liability for violation of obligations in entrepreneurial sphere
Abstract
The article is devoted to theoretical issues connected with the regulation of liability for violation of obligations in entrepreneurial sphere. The author examines social and legal grounds for imposing liability for violation of contractual obligations by business entities and analyses the correlations between civil liability and other categories of civil law.
