Principle of Justice in the Interpretation of an Entrepreneurial Contract
Abstract
The author states that the principle of justice is one of the fundamental principles in the interpretation of the entrepreneurial contract and it shall be considered in the light of the specific character of the entrepreneurial activity. The article contains the analysis of current Russian and foreign legislation and doctrine relating to the problems of identifying the criteria of justice. The author proposes the rules for the application of the principle of justice.
