Abstract

The article characterizes the applicable legislation on commercial organizations. The article examines the ways to improve the legislation on business entities in terms of discretionary regulation and enhancing the role of the business entities’ internal documents. The author poses a question regarding enactment of a law on professional partnerships and analyses the advantages of production cooperatives.
