Publicity as a Criterion of Self-Regulation
Abstract
The article analyses the activity of the members of self-regulated organizations. The public character of such activity does not lead to the recognition of the status of the self-regulated organizations’ members as public authorities. This activity is not connected with the implementation of state powers, but rather ensures the public interest.
