Scientific Foundations of Criminalistics
Abstract
The article considers the current methodological problems of criminalistics, crucial aspects of relations between criminalistics, on the one hand, and both legal and non-legal sciences, on the other hand, since the origins of criminalistics to the present time. The author reveals a special role of criminalistics in the criminal procedure as an applied legal science.
