Legal Nature of Enforcement Proceedings

Abstract

The article analyses the legal nature of the enforcement proceedings. Based on the international legal acts, the Constitution of the Russian Federation, as well as on the fundamental provisions of the civil procedure, the author defines the nature of the enforcement proceedings as a stage of the civil procedure.
