Legal Regulation of a Sanad according to the Law Book of the Armenian community of Astrakhan in the XVIIIth century
Abstract
The article examines the legal regulation of a debt certificate – a sanad – according to the Law Book of the Armenian community of Astrakhan in the XVIIIth century and points out the institutes reflected in this Law Book, as well as the legal status of a creditor and a debtor. In conclusion it is noted that the sanad is a security.
