Abstract

The article analyses the main conditions of bringing to administrative responsibility for violating the rules of usage and protection of subsoil and mineral and hydro resources on the example of case law for the period from 2007 to 2013. The author analyses main approaches of the courts and proposes a number of amendments to the legislation which, in the author’s opinion, will contribute to the uniformity of law enforcement approaches.
