The doctrine of strict impartiality in the theory of arbitration

Abstract

The article is devoted to the practices connected with the formation of the doctrine of strict impartiality. The analysis was based on the case law of the European Court of Human Rights, Russian arbitration courts. The author critically reviews the basic provisions of the doctrine.
