Toward the question of the purposes of state control

The article examines various approaches to the purposes of state control. The author comes to a conclusion about the presence of the three main objectives of state control: the rule of law, ensuring the implementation of government policies, and provide feedback. With respect to internal control, the implementation of these goals has features associated with the orientation of internal control to improve and maintain the effectiveness of the system of public administration.
