Evolution of legal regulation of know-how
Abstract
The present article is devoted to the evolution of legal regulation of know-how which passes through several stages of its development: having passed from ancient secrecy of a patrimonial tribe to a secret of monopolies, having been based as an actual monopoly of the owner and having continued the development in the form of trade secret (factory and commercial), in a final point of the current development it has reached the exclusive right to the result of intellectual activity.
