Judicial Power – Self-Reliant and Independent Branch of State Power in Russia
Abstract
The author examines political and legal, and social and economic changes of judicial power in modern Russia that acted as a powerful impulse of creation of a new system assuming simultaneous consolidation of state power agencies. Justice is a self-reliant and independent core of modern society. It is bound to provide the protection of rights and freedoms of citizens providing realization of common constitutional principles of judicial power which guarantee its independence and high professionalism on the basis of confidence of society in judicial power.
