On the question of the notion of business reputation in Russian law
Abstract
The article deals with basic aspects of the nature business reputation as social and economic benefit which has special importance for legal regulation of various fields of social and economic activity. The author attracts attention to key peculiarities of business reputation as compared with other non-property and property benefits and offers an original definition of business reputation for legal purposes.
