The System of Contractual Obligations in the Sphere of Heat Supply

Abstract

The article analyzes the system of contracts mediating relations at the market of heat energy. Recently in Russia the renewal of legislation in the field of heat supply aimed at the revision of legal regulation of relations connected with the supply of consumers with heat energy took place. In particular it resulted in the appearance of new contractual forms meant to regulate relations in heat supply. Author’s conclusions may be used in law enforcement practice.
