Exercise of State Powers of Authority by Subjects of Private Law
Abstract
The present article considers two principal sets of questions: the mechanism of delegation of public functions with state powers of authority to the subjects of private law and realization of delegated powers of authority by the subjects of private law. The first set includes the questions concerning the essence of state powers of authority and the procedure of their delegation to the subjects of private law; the second set includes the relations between the state and the subject of private law realizing state power of authority and relations between the subject of private law realizing delegated powers and the citizen.
