Abstract

The author deals with legal regulation of investment activity in Russia in its historical aspect. The article carries out the analysis of legal regulation of investment activity in pre-revolutionary Russia, in Soviet time and in the modern period of legislative development in the Russian Federation. On its basis the author makes an attempt to ascertain the historical dominants in legal regulation of investments in Russia.
