Abstract

The article presents the analysis of little-studied senatorial inspections of Kuzminsky A. M. and Turau E. F. prescribed by the Emperor in march and November 1905 for the purpose of finding out the reasons and consequences of Armenian-Azerbaijani clashes on February 6–10, 1905 in Baku and Jewish pogroms in Kiev and Odessa on October 18-22, 1905.
