International scientific and practical conference «Legal system of the society: problems of theory and practice»
Abstract
The article is devoted to the traditional annual conference «Legal system of the society» In November 2010 the participants discussed urgent theoretical and practical issues of the legal system. Leading scientists of St. Petersburg State University, as well as guests from other universities and cities, took part in the panel discussion. A certain peculiarity of the suggested topic is its capability of uniting scientists with different scientific interests. This topic is equally important for «theoreticians», for scientists specializing in a particular branch of law, and for practitioners. The wide range of topics covered by the reports enabled the participants to discuss more general as well as specific problems of the political system of the society.
